Designed by Hei Design designer Ken Leung, this 2,439 sq. ft. detached house at Jade Grove, Tuen Mun, received the Modern Home Interior Designer Award 2022, Home Journal Awards 2022 , and the Huading Award at the International Environmental Art Innovation Design Competition (2021–2022). Inspired by Maldivian resort architecture, the foyer highlights a rose gold bubble chandelier suspended from a 20-foot high ceiling. Light grey tones, rich marble, and warm wood accents define the residence, anchored by a signature marble floating staircase, handcrafted decorative paint, European panel moldings, and an elegant fireplace to complete a refined retreat.
