I really like how the designers and directors at Hei Design have a solid background in art and design. They don’t just do the same old styles you see everywhere; they’ve got a great eyes and can actually pull off something unique. The workmanship is super detailed, and they were really dedicated with the follow-ups. Really happy with the result!

Working with Sky and Lance was great. They’re reliable and on top of things. The most impressive thing was their after-sales service; even after three years, they still helped us fix an LED strip, which is pretty rare. For our new home, Lance’s planning was super detailed. I knew exactly how the hidden doors and cabinets would help clean up the awkward layout. He even helped us adjust the rooms for our new baby and managed our tight move-in schedule. It really gave us peace of mind!

Working with Eric was great—he really got the vibe my wife and I were looking for. Their VR simulation was super detailed, and the fact that they have an independent QC check before handover and such high standards for detail from the workers isn't something you find at every company.
