This subject renovation 4-bedroom project in Larvotto, Ap Lei Chau is naturally accented by the stunning views of the surrounding hills and sea, providing a serene and tranquil environment. The couple has expressed their desire to revitalise their living space with a warm yet elegant design complementing the calming atmosphere from the superb view. They require a home space that can accommodate their busy lifestyle, with areas for relaxation, as well as a pleasant practical workspace and ample storage spaces. The designer therefore aims to create a cohesive and comfortable living space with attention to details and materials to ensure the ultimate luxury experience without being over-ostentatious. As the original layout is functional that meets the practical needs of the clients, no significant remodelling is carried out in this apartment. Yet, the interior designer helps personalise this home by dedicating a portion of the spacious living room to an independent foyer. This small but smart change over ingeniously keeps the entire home clutter-free and more organised while uplifting the level of privacy. This defined entrance definitely creates a grand sense of arrival that is essential to a genuine luxury home. Everyone is greeted with warm wood flooring that complements the natural wood finish of the built-in storage solutions.
